GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Executive Assistant performs duties consistent with providing executive level support to the direct manager as well as back-up support to other members of executive management, when necessary. Occasionally acts as a liaison between the direct manager and other members of Senior Management as it relates to corresponding with internal customers and outside vendors. It should be noted that the aforementioned requires accurate reporting and proficient oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. The Executive Assistant II must display a high level of independence and decision making ability in order to identify and elevate issues; prepare reports and special project assignments; approve invoices and place supply orders.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma.
  • 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • The ability to display discretion when handling information of a sensitive and confidential nature.
  • Effective and accurate record-keeping abilities.

PREFERENCES:

  • Previous banking or lending environment.
  • Ability to take minutes.
  • Understanding of banking terminology.
