We understand the need to be creative and flexible when it comes to telecommuting and other alternative work arrangements. This position is eligible for 100% remote work. Candidate must be willing to work on eastern time zone and live in the USA. Ideal candidate will be in driving distance of Silver Spring, MD office.

GENERAL SUMMARY:

This Recruiter serves as the first impression of EagleBank by assisting in sourcing and recruitment efforts for the Banks overall strategic plan and vision. Establishes ongoing effective relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and community organizations to expand and enhance a talent pipeline. Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to employment practices. Supports the full life-cycle recruiting process and assists in supporting retention efforts.

Required Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma required
  • 5 years of experience in corporate recruiting, high-volume, or agency recruiting
  • Previous experience working in an Application Tracking System. iCIMS preferred
  • The ability to demonstrate strong sourcing and interviewing techniques
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulations
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong oral and written communication skills when interacting with internal and external clients
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills

Preferred Experience, Certifications, Licenses:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience recruiting for or working in banking or financial institutions
  • Professional Recruiter Certification
