GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Senior Mortgage Banker is responsible for providing mortgage loan program options that best fit our customers needs through assessment of short and long term goals and the borrowers financial position. Maintains contact with customers and clearly communicates each step throughout the loan process so that customers and referral partners are fully engaged.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in Mortgage Origination.
  • Proven sales record.
  • NMLS Registration.
  • Ability to motivate, influence, and collaborate with others both internally and externally.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and prioritize focus on most impactful activities.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, critical, and problem solving skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.

LOCATION:

  • Positions are available in our offices located in Montgomery County, Prince Georges County and Fairfax County.

This position is eligible for our hybrid remote work program which allows employees to work remotely two days a week. This position has flexibility in choosing which two days, in addition to Wednesday, will be worked in the office.
